Teachers' Vacancy in DNH (U.T.)

The Staff Selection Board (SSB) of U.T. Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli have released advertisement for filling up various posts of Teachers. The following posts of Teachers has to be filled up:

  • P.G.T. (Post Graduate Teacher, for Standard 11th and 12th)
  • Assistant Teacher (High School) / T.G.T. (Trained Graduate Teacher, for Standard 09th and 10th)

 Important Points to be Noted:


(1) The CBT will be for 80 Marks, 20 Marks extra will be added for those candidates who are Domicile holders of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and the Merit list will be prepared from 100 marks.
(2) In order to qualify for getting name in merit list a candidate must score minimum 33% marks.
(3) There will be relaxation in age limit for various reservation categories accordingly.

CTET JULY 2020

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is an examination conducted by Central  Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on a national level, to certify the eligibility of candidates to be appointed as teachers at Primary and Upper Primary levels.  The 14th edition of this exam will be conducted on 5th July, 2020 (Sunday). This time it will be conducted in 20 languages in 112 cities all over the country.

ELIGIBILTY
The eligibility criteria for primary level and upper primary level is different. Let's go through the required educational qualification for both these levels:

Educational Qualification for classes I-V (Paper- 1):
  • A candidate who has completed Senior Secondary or its equivalent exam with minimum 50% marks and cleared or appearing in final year exam of Diploma in Elementary Education (2 years duration) OR
  • A candidate who has completed Senior Secondary or its equivalent exam securing minimum 45% marks and has cleared or appearing in final year exam of Diploma in Elementary Education (2 years duration), according to the NCTE Regulations 2002. OR
  • A candidate who has completed Senior Secondary or its equivalent test with minimum 50% marks and has cleared or appearing in final year exam of Bachelor of Elementary Education (4 years duration).OR
  • A candidate who has completed Senior Secondary or its equivalent test with minimum 50% marks and has cleared or appearing in final year exam of Diploma in Education (2 years duration). OR
  • A candidate who has Bachelor’s degree and has cleared or appearing in final year exam of Diploma in Elementary Education (2 years duration).
Educational Qualification for classes VI - VIII (Paper - 2):
  • A candidate who holds a Graduation degree and has passed or is appearing in final year examination of Diploma in Elementary Education (2 years duration). OR
  • A candidate who has completed his/her Graduation degree with 50% marks and has cleared or appearing in final year exam of Bachelor in Education. OR
  • A candidate who has completed his/her Graduation degree with 40% marks and has cleared or appearing in final year exam of Bachelor in Education, according to NCTE regulations. OR
  • A candidate who has completed Senior Secondary or its equivalent test with minimum 50% marks and has cleared or appearing in final year exam of 4 years duration Bachelor of Elementary Education. OR
  • A candidate who has completed Senior Secondary or its equivalent exam with 50% marks and cleared or appearing in final year exam of B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed or B.A/B.Sc.Ed. OR
  • A candidate who has Graduation degree with 50% marks and has cleared or appearing in B.Ed program of 1 year duration.

AGE LIMIT
  • There is no restriction on the age limit for this examination. 

IMPORTANT DATES
  • Last Date to apply: 24th Feb, 2020
  • CTET tentative exam date: 5th July, 2020
  • Expected date of result: 27th July
The Time scheduled for CTET - July, 2020 is given below:
(The Paper- 1 will be conducted in the morning session and Paper- 2 in the afternoon session.)
  • Paper - 1: 9:30 AM to 12:00 NOON
  • Paper - 2: 2:00 PM to 04:30 PM
  • The duration of both the papers will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.

  • Other than online payment, you can also pay the fees through offline mode by downloading the e-challan and depositing the fee in Canara Bank or Syndicate Bank.

NABARD ASSISTANT MANAGER GRADE 'A" 2020

National Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has released notification for the post of Assistant Manager in Grade 'A' in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS)/ Rajbhasha Service/Legal Service and Assistant Manager (Grade 'A') in Protocol and Security Service on 15/01/2020.

(D) General Awareness

  • Questions are designed to test the candidate‟s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. 
  • Questions are also designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of an educated person. 
  • The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General policy and scientific research.

Descriptive Paper (Tier- II)

  • Tier-II Paper will be a descriptive Paper of 100 Marks in „Pen and Paper‟ Mode. The duration of the Descriptive Paper will be for one hour (20 minutes compensatory time will also be provided to the candidates eligible for scribes as per Para 8.1 and 8.2 above). The Paper would comprise writing of an Essay of 200-250 words and a Letter/ Application of approximately 150-200 words.
  • The minimum qualifying marks in Tier-II would be 33 per cent.
  • The paper will have to be written either in Hindi or in English. Part paper written in Hindi and Part in English will be awarded zero marks.

Skill Test/Typing Test (Tier- III)

  • Skill Test/ Typing Test for the qualified candidates will be conducted on computers provided by the Commission or its authorized agency.
  • Skill Test/ Typing Test will be of qualifying nature.
